This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. The Policy is an ‘electronic record’ as contemplated under section 2(t) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules. This Policy being an electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.

The website www.vanijewels.co.in ("Website") is operated by Vani Jewels, a proprietor firm incorporated under the laws of India ("Vani Jewels") having its registered office at A-502, Ashray Heaven, Nr. Auda Lake, Science City Road, Sola, Ahmedabad - 380060, Gujarat, India

Users are requested to read and understand the Policy very carefully before using or accessing the website. Through this Policy, Vani Jewels intends to convey the way the user’s information is collated and used by Vani Jewels while providing the services of the Website. This Policy is binding on every user of the website and users who do not agree with the terms of this Policy should not use or access the website. 

Vani Jewels reserves its right to change, edit, alter, amend, modify, review, revise or substitute this Policy with or without notice.   • Upon placing an order, some of your Personal Information will be passed on to the others who shall need to have access to some Personal Information like the courier companies and payment gateway partner. We have a non-disclosure agreement with this third party. The payment gateways are certified by all the major card issuers to hold details securely.
  • May share collective information such as demographics and Website usage statistics with our sponsors, advertisers or other third parties (such third parties do not include Vani Jewels’ marketing partners and network providers). Vani Jewels implements standard measures to protect against unauthorized access to and unlawful interception of the Personal Information. However, no internet site can fully eliminate security risks. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, Vani Jewels shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of the Personal Information, if such loss, damage, or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event. The Personal Information resides in Vani Jewels’ database for a certain period even after the user ceases to use or access the Website and in such cases Vani Jewels is not liable for any usage of the Personal Information.
