RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We just want you to love your jewellery! Please take a moment to understand the craftsmanship of our products before you decide to return a Vani Jewels product. All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. All our products go through quality control before shipping.
Return & Exchange of Products will only be accepted under below conditions:-
- Your order is damaged in transit or
- You have received the incorrect product
Please note that you may return your products exactly the way they were received by you (unworn, with original packaging).
For any exchange or returns other than the transit damage, the shipping/courier and logistic charges for all orders - domestic/international will be borne by the customer for both return and exchange.

Non Offer Products

Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph or an unboxing video of the product, then, it is up to the discretion of the Vani Jewels QC team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
Once we have received the product image/video and our Quality Control team has authorized the return we will inform you of the most mutually convenient return method.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
Offer Products
There is no exchange on offer products. We replace only damaged and/or incorrect products with the same design.

For Return (damage products), we will pick up the products, once we receive the products we will dispatch the new one.
For Return (non-damage products), you may return the products to us at
VANI JEWELS
@ A/502, Ashray Heaven, Nr Auda Lake, Science City Road, Sola, Ahmedabad, Gujarat-380060 within 7 days, with intact packing and bubble wrap, along with the invoice.
Offer Products
There is no return and refund policy on offer products. We replace only damaged and/or incorrect products with the same design.
REFUND POLICY
In case refund, we generate coupon code /gift card against value of products for future purchase, valid till 12 months.
PLEASE NOTE:- We do not accept any exchange and returns on HANDMADE products, SALE products and on INTERNATIONAL orders.
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewellery does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of a very rare instance of items getting damaged in transit, please contact us via email vanijewelsbyv@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-7984482635 within 2 days . We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
To cancel an order, please send us an email at vanijewelsbyv@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-7984482635 with your order number within 2 days from the time the order is placed and before the order is dispatched.
If your order is cancelled after you have made the payment, the said amount will be reverted back to your original payment mode within 5-7 business days.
